All Full Registration paid attendees will receive a Registration Bag. Only registrations made by Nov 12th are guaranteed to receive their bag in person. Others may have to be shipped after the event due to product reorders.
To be eligible for any Legacy Awards, you must be registered by November 12th, 2022 and present at the Legacy Awards Ceremony
petPros must be a Executive Director or above to attend
For petPro teams, a second ticket must be purchased for both petPros to attend
An Executive Director or above may not purchase a second ticket for another petPro who is not an Executive Director or above
Tickets may not be transferred to any petPro who is not a Executive Director or above
Non petPro guests may join the petPro during the awards dinner with a purchased guest ticket

This hotel does not provide shuttle service. We recommend using a taxi, Uber or similar transportation service to getting to and from the airport.

Due to the commitments made on your behalf by pawTree, we can offer the following refund policy:
> Cancel any time before November 1, 2022 and receive a full refund of your paid registration
> Cancel November 1 to December 7 and receive a 50% refund of your paid registration
> No refunds can be paid if registration is cancelled after December 7, 2022
You can transfer a ticket to another petPro who is Executive Director or above, anytime before December 17, 2022 Transfers must be handled between petPros. pawTree is not responsible for any exchanges or reimbursement related to the transfer. You must contact support@pawTree.com by December 17th to notify us of the transfer.
petPros are welcome to bring their spouses, significant others, or adult (18+) family members with them. If they wish to attend the awards dinner on awards night, a separate guest ticket must be purchased. However, because this is a training event being hosted by pawTree, this is an adult (18+) & trained service dogs only event. No other pets or emotional support animals will be allowed.
For petPro teams (e.g. couples), a second ticket must be purchased for both petPros to attend the training events and company provided meals.
An Executive Director or above may not purchase a second ticket for another petPro who is not an Executive Director or above.
Attire for training sessions is business casual. However, please remember that you are representing pawTree in a public location. Use good judgement when choosing your casual wear. We want you to be comfortable but represent pawTree well. Meeting rooms can tend to run on the cooler side. It is advised to bring a sweater or light jacket to stay comfortable during Legacy sessions.
The awards dinner evening will be an elegant dinner event. Semi-formal to formal attire is recommended.

Dinner is included in the awards ceremony.
